ABUAD undergraduate admission combines JAMB regulations with the university's own academic standards. Every candidate must satisfy baseline criteria regardless of college.

Valid JAMB UTME score from the current examination year — past UTME results are not accepted under any circumstance.

Head to the official ABUAD admission portal and register using a personal email address you have direct access to. This email is your lifeline for screening invitations and admission letters.
⚠️ Do not use a cyber café email or anyone else's account. Every important communication — including your offer letter — goes to this email.

Once your account is set up, pay the application fees online via Quickteller (debit card) or at any commercial bank via PayDirect (print invoice from portal first).

After payment is confirmed, complete your application form with accurate bio-data, UTME scores, and O'Level results. Double-check every entry before submitting — errors cannot always be corrected after submission.

Attend Post-UTME Screening
Screening is mandatory. The format (physical or virtual) is announced by the university senate, and typically involves academic verification and a diagnostic interview. ABUAD is genuinely assessing whether you are the right fit for your chosen field — prepare accordingly.

Track Your Admission Status
Use the "Check Admission" link on the portal to monitor your application. Offers are released in batches — First, Second, and Third Batch — so do not panic if you don't hear back immediately.
✅ Once you receive an offer, accept it on JAMB CAPS promptly to finalize your enrollment. Delay can forfeit your place to a waitlisted candidate.

ABUAD runs a transparent fee structure covering tuition, development levies, ICT fees, and medical services. These figures do not include accommodation or personal expenses.
