Everything ABUAD is a public information website. We do not operate any account, login, registration, or password system, and we do not ask you for your name, phone number, or postal address. The only personal information we collect is described below.
Email Address (Newsletter — Optional)
If you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you submit. This is the only personal detail our subscription form requests, and it is stored and managed by our email provider, Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Comments
Our blog comments are powered by Google Blogger's built-in comment system. If you leave a comment, the name or profile you choose to display and the content of your comment are handled by Google. You may comment anonymously or by signing in with a Google account — that sign-in is provided and controlled by Google, not by us.
Usage Data (Automatic)
Like most websites, some usage data is collected automatically through analytics tools. This may include your device's IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This is used in aggregate to understand traffic and improve our content — see "Cookies & Tracking" below.
Our Free Student Tools
Everything ABUAD offers free interactive tools such as the CGPA Calculator, Assignment Tracker, and Pomodoro Timer. Any data you enter into these tools (course codes, grades, assignments, timer settings, etc.) is saved only in your own web browser using local storage on your device.
This information never leaves your device and is never sent to us or to any server. It is not linked to your identity, and clearing your browser data will erase it. No account or sign-up is required to use these tools.
Tracking Technologies and Cookies
We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity and store information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts.
Necessary / Essential Cookies
Type: Session Cookies. Administered by Us. Essential for providing services and preventing fraudulent use.
Functionality & Performance
We use functionality storage to remember your choices (such as light/dark mode) and performance analytics to understand how the site is used.
Google Analytics

Everything ABUAD does not currently display advertising. In the future, we may use Google AdSense or similar advertising partners to help keep the site free. If and when we do, this section will apply and we will update this policy accordingly.
Should advertising be enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.
Use of Your Personal Data
We use the limited data described above for the following purposes:
- To maintain and improve our Service: Understanding aggregate usage so we can improve our content and tools.
- To send our newsletter: If you subscribed, to send you updates about ABUAD admissions, campus life, and resources. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- To analyse trends: Identifying which articles and tools are most useful to students.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA) have the Right to Know, Delete, Opt-Out of sale/sharing, and correct inaccurate information.
Children's Privacy
Our Service is intended for prospective and current university students. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent and aware your child provided data, please contact us and we will remove it.
