Everything ABUAD Student Assignment Tracker
Deadline Tracker
Track every assignment, test and project — never miss a submission again.
📚 My Courses
Add your courses once — they'll appear as suggestions when adding assignments, and high-unit courses are flagged so you protect the marks that matter most.
The Everything ABUAD Student Assignment Tracker is a free assignment deadline tracker built to help university students organize coursework, track due dates, and submit every assignment on time. Instead of scribbling deadlines in random notebooks or trusting your memory during a stressful semester, this tool gives you a single, clear dashboard of everything you owe — sorted by what is due next, with priorities, deadline reminders, a weekly planner view, and one-click export to Google Calendar. It works on any phone or laptop, requires no download or sign-up, and automatically saves your list on your device.
How to Use the Assignment Tracker
Step 1: (Optional but recommended) Open My Courses and add your courses with their credit units. High-unit courses are flagged with ⚠️ — those are the ones where a lost mark hurts your CGPA the most.
Step 2: Type the name of your assignment, pick its type (assignment, test, exam, project, or practical), set a priority, and choose the exact due date and time. Be precise — if your lecturer said "before the 8 AM class," set it for 8:00 AM, not midnight. You can also estimate how many study hours it needs, and tick "repeats weekly" for recurring work like lab reports.
Step 3: Click "Add Assignment." The tracker sorts your list by the nearest deadline and color-codes each item: green means you have time, amber means it is due within two days, and red means it is due within 24 hours or overdue. Switch to the 📅 Week tab to see your next seven days at a glance.
Step 4: Tap 🔔 Enable Reminders once, and your browser will alert you when anything is due within 24 hours. Use the 📅 icon on any assignment to add it to your Google Calendar, and the 🍅 icon to jump straight into a focus session. When you finish an assignment, tick the checkbox — your semester progress bar climbs and your on-time streak 🔥 grows.
Every Feature, Explained
- Priorities and types — tag work as High/Medium/Low and as an assignment, test, exam, project, or practical, so your list reads like a battle plan, not a jumble.
- Deadline reminders — enable browser notifications once and get alerted when anything is due within 24 hours.
- Google Calendar export — one click adds any deadline to the calendar already on your phone.
- Weekly planner view — see the next 7 days day-by-day, so Sunday-night panic becomes Monday-morning planning.
- On-time streak — every assignment submitted before its deadline extends your 🔥 streak. Protect it.
- Recurring assignments — tick "repeats weekly" for lab reports and weekly problem sets; finishing one automatically schedules next week's.
- Backup & restore — download your list as a file and restore it on another device or browser in seconds.
- Share your week — generate a clean stats image ("3 due this week, 5 completed ✅") for your WhatsApp status or IG story.
Why Tracking Deadlines Protects Your CGPA
Here is the uncomfortable truth about university grading: missed assignments are the cheapest marks you will ever lose. Continuous assessment often makes up 30–40% of your final grade in a course. Unlike a difficult exam question, an assignment is a mark you are essentially handed in advance — all you have to do is submit it on time. When a student misses a submission, it is almost never because the work was too hard. It is because the deadline was invisible until it was too late.
High-performing students treat deadlines like appointments, not suggestions. By listing every assignment the moment it is announced, you convert a vague sense of "I have stuff due soon" into a concrete, prioritized to-do list. The color-coded urgency system in this tracker does the mental math for you: anything red gets handled today, anything amber gets scheduled, and anything green gets planned around your reading timetable.
This matters mathematically, too. Losing 10 continuous-assessment marks in a 4-unit course can be the difference between an A and a B — and as we explain in our Everything ABUAD CGPA Calculator guide, a single grade drop in a high-unit course hits your CGPA far harder than in a 1-unit course. That is exactly why this tracker lets you record each course's units and flags the heavy ones. Protect the easy marks first; they are the foundation of a First Class result.
Once your deadlines are organized, the next step is actually doing the work without procrastinating. That is what the 🍅 button on every assignment is for — it takes you straight to our free Everything ABUAD Pomodoro Timer, so you can knock out the work in focused 25-minute sessions well before the due date.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a student assignment tracker?
A student assignment tracker is a tool that lets you record every assignment, test, and project along with its due date, so you can see all your coursework deadlines in one organized list. This tracker sorts everything by the nearest deadline, highlights urgent items in red, and can remind you before anything is due.
Does the tracker save my assignments?
Yes. Your assignment list is saved automatically in your browser's local storage, so it will still be there when you return to this page — even after closing the tab or restarting your device. For extra safety, use the Backup button to download your list as a file, and Restore to load it on any other device or browser.
Can I get reminders before a deadline?
Yes. Tap "Enable Reminders" once and allow notifications — your browser will then alert you whenever an assignment is due within 24 hours. You can also add any deadline to your Google Calendar with one click for reminders on your phone.
Can I use this tracker if I am not an ABUAD student?
Absolutely. While it is built by Everything ABUAD, the tracker works for any student at any university worldwide. Deadlines are deadlines — whether your course is coded GST 111 or ENG 101, the tool tracks it exactly the same way.
How does tracking assignments improve my grades?
Continuous assessment typically counts for 30–40% of your final grade. Tracking assignments ensures you never lose those marks to a forgotten deadline, the priority and course-unit features help you focus on high-value work first, and the on-time streak keeps you motivated. Combined with focused study sessions, it is one of the simplest habits that separates First Class students from the rest.
Is the assignment tracker free?
Yes, it is completely free with no sign-up, no download, and no limits on how many assignments you can add.
